Data deletion
Last updated: October 23, 2026. The French version is the reference.
You can have the data held by XTAND Studio deleted at any time. Depending on what you want to erase, it is immediate from the console, or on request.
Disconnect a social network (immediate)
In the console, Preferences → Social networks, “Disconnect” button of the network concerned. XTAND Studio immediately erases the access token and the identifier of the Page or location: it can no longer publish anything for that website.
To also remove the authorization your account on the network gave to XTAND Studio, do it directly on the network:
- Facebook and Instagram: in your Facebook account settings, under connected apps and websites, remove XTAND Studio;
- LinkedIn: in your account preferences, under data privacy, permitted services, remove XTAND Studio;
- Google: at myaccount.google.com/permissions, remove XTAND Studio's access.
Once the authorization is removed on the network, XTAND Studio can no longer publish anything: the connection shows as “to be checked” in Preferences, and the “Disconnect” button erases what it kept.
Delete an account, or all the data of a website (on request)
Write to contact@xtand.fr, subject “XTAND Studio data deletion”, stating the website and the account concerned. To protect your account, we check that the request comes from its holder or from the client concerned.
Timeframe: deletion is carried out within 30 days, and we confirm by email what was erased.
The following are then erased: the user account, social network connections, technical settings (form email credentials, artificial intelligence key), campaigns and their images, the website's statistics and form log.
Content published on the client's website (news, pages) belongs to the client: it is returned or deleted under the terms of their contract. Posts already published on a social network remain there: they are deleted from the network, or from XTAND Studio before disconnecting.
